John-Mark Atkinson Files Complaint Against city of Charleston, Three Charleston Police Officers

John-Mark Atkinson filed a complaint on behalf of client Allison Brown alleging sexual misconduct from male colleagues during her time with the Charleston Police Department. The complaint also alleges retaliation against Brown once she brought up the harassment to her superiors. Brown is still employed with the Charleston Police Department but is no longer a patrol officer, instead being moved to the training division once she made complaints about her treatment.
